  • Audrey’s philosophy centers around treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Her approach is rooted in active listening, ensuring that each patient feels heard and respected throughout their treatment process. Audrey is known for utilizing a variety of techniques, such as joint mobilizations, dry needling, and movement-based rehabilitation, to address the root causes of pain and restore function. She takes pride in tailoring her treatments to the unique needs of each individual, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes progress and patient empowerment.

  • Outside the clinic, Audrey’s vibrant personality shines through her active and adventurous lifestyle. She stays energized with Camp Gladiator workouts, explores the outdoors through hiking, and fuels her love of exploration with travel and country music concerts. A self-proclaimed thrill-seeker, Audrey once took the stage with Criss Angel during a Las Vegas magic show—a memorable experience that perfectly captures her spirited nature. Recently, Audrey embraced an exciting new chapter as a mom, joyfully navigating the journey of parenthood and cherishing every moment with her little one.
